Job Search — Para Transit Driver – FT & PT

Location: New Britain, CT

• Driving a para transit in the Central Connecticut Area.
• Working with Challenged and/or elderly people.
• Assist passengers with getting on and off bus, including operating the wheelchair lift.

This position description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee. The employee will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by their supervisor.

Requirements:

• CDL B with passenger endorsements
• Ability to be flexible.
• Demonstrate pleasant personality, dependability, and good common sense.
• Communicate effectively with the public and supervisors
• Good driving record.
• Ability to read maps and follow instructions
