March 2006--3RD Annual New England Transportation Expo Boasts Record Attendance

DATTCO, a transportation company based out of New Britain CT, held its 3rd annual Sales & Service Expo on Thursday, March 23rd, at Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut from 12:00 PM-8:00 PM. More than 600 attendees had the opportunity to learn about different products from the industry and visit one of the world's finest casinos.



Record attendance was recorded this year and DATTCO’s customers enjoyed lunch, dinner, exhibits, vehicle displays, raffles, and entertainment.



In addition, four training seminars were added to this year’s program. They included: 2007 Vehicle Emissions Policies, conducted by IC-Corp (a subsidiary of International Truck and Engine), School Bus Equipment, conducted by DATTCO’s Training Division, and Department of Motor Vehicle Polices, conducted by Massachusetts and Connecticut DMV Representatives.



DATTCO highlighted the five divisions of Sales & Service during the expo: Part Sales, Body Shop, Vehicle Service, Commercial Vehicle Sales, and School Bus Sales. Seven buses were displayed on the expo floor for customers to view.



The show also featured over 70 exhibitors from a wide variety of companies including: bus manufactures, part suppliers, finance companies, insurance agencies, service providers, graphics companies, leasing companies, and area bus associations.



High-level sponsors of the event included IC Corp (a division of International Truck and Engine), Mid Bus, Berlin Bandag, and Turtle Top.
